Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with manual vaginal massage and electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor pain of Qi deficiency type. Methods A total of 146 patients with postpartum pelvic floor pain treated in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2023 to April 2025 were randomly divided into a combination treatment group （Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with vaginal massage and electrical stimulation） and a simple electrical stimulation group （electrical stimulation）, with 73 cases in each group. Indicators including pelvic floor pain Visual Analag Scale（VAS） score, pelvic floor muscle tenderness degree score, sexual quality of life, pelvic floor surface electromyography, and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.  Results After treatment, the combined treatment group was superior to the single electrical stimulation group in the reduction of pelvic floor pain VAS score, the reduction of pelvic floor muscle tenderness VAS score, the increase of Female Sexual Function Index （FSFI） score, and the improvement of pelvic floor surface electromyography （including pre-resting potential, rapid contraction potential, sustained contraction potential, and post-resting potential）. The differences between the groups were statistically significant （t＝13.017, 8.881, 12.755, 12.036, 7.065, 6.477, 5.601, 10.655, 3.922, 4.285, 10.348; all P＜0.05）. In terms of total effective rate, the combined treatment group was higher than the single electrical stimulation group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2＝6.270, P＜0.05）. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with manual vaginal massage and electrical stimulation has a significant curative effect on postpartum pelvic floor pain of Qi deficiency type, which can effectively relieve pain and improve patients' quality of life, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
