手术夹闭和血管内介入治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的疗效分析

摘要：目的比较显微外科手术与血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法对2004年7月至2012年6月我院收治的114例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中行开颅夹闭52例共52个动脉瘤，行血管内栓塞治疗62例共66个动脉瘤。结果显微外科手术组恢复良好44例、功能障碍6例、死亡2例；血管内介入治疗组术后恢复良好56例、功能障碍4例、死亡2例。结论临床上应根据动脉瘤的位置、形态、大小、临床分级、单发或多发以及医生经验等多种因素综合考虑，选择个体化治疗方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy of surgery with interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysms.MethodsRetrospectively analyze 114 intracranial aneurysm patients in our hospital from July 2004 to June 2012,craniotomy clipping for 52 aneurysms in 52 patients,and endovascular treatment 66 aneurysms in 62 patients.Results44 patients recovered well,6 patients with dysfunction and 2 patients died in microsurgery group.56 patients recovered well,4 patients with dysfunction and 2 patients died in endovascular therapy group.ConclusionIndividualized treatment should be chosen depending on the location,size,morphology,quantity,Hunt\|Hess grading of aneurysms and the experience of doctors.
