腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术及腹膜后淋巴结清扫术致泌尿系并发症分析

摘要：

摘要：目的探讨腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术及腹膜后淋巴结清扫术常见的泌尿系并发症及防治方法。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年1月在我院确诊为宫颈癌并在腹腔镜下实施广泛性子宫切除术及腹膜后淋巴结清扫术的92例患者发生泌尿系并发症的情况。结果共发生泌尿系并发症47例，发生率为5109%，其中输尿管损伤3例，发生率为326%；泌尿系感染22例，发生率为2391%；尿潴留21例，发生率为2282%；膀胱损伤1例，发生率为109%。患者经治疗后，预后均良好。结论腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术及腹膜后淋巴结清扫术常见的泌尿系并发症有输尿管损伤、泌尿系感染、尿潴留和膀胱损伤，应给予重视，积极防治。
