ObjectiveTo investigate the serum levels of high sensitivity C\|reactive protein(hs\|CRP),interleukin 6(IL\|6) and cystatin C(CysC) and its clinical significance in perimenopausal period women with coronary heart diseaseMethodsFrom May 2012 to June 2014,50 menopausal women with coronary heart disease(observation group)and 50 healthy fertile women(control group) were selected in our hospitalHs\|CRP 2,IL\|6 and CysC in serum were detected in two groupsResultsThe levels of the serum hs\|CRP,IL\|6 and CysC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference had statistical significance (P＜001)ConclusionThe level of serum hs\|CRP,IL\|6 and CysC can be used to predict the severity of coronary artery lesions in perimenopausal periodKey Words:Perimenopausal；Coronary artery disease；High sensitivity C\|reactive protein；Interleukin 6；Cystatin C
