超声联合DSA引导下硬化治疗单纯性肝囊肿的疗效及安全性分析

摘要：

摘要：目的探讨超声联合DSA引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗单纯性肝囊肿的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年4月至2017年5月我院203例单纯性肝囊肿患者，均接受超声联合DSA引导下经皮硬化治疗，随访6个月及1年观察临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果技术穿刺成功率为100.00％；经随访6个月及1年总有效率分别为99.01%及100.00%，未发生出血、胆管及临近脏器损伤、感染等严重并发症。结论超声联合DSA引导下经皮硬化治疗单纯性肝囊肿操作简单、安全性高、不良反应少，疗效显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of ultrasonically combined with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) guided percutaneous puncture for treatment of simple hepatic cyst. Methods 203 patients with simple hepatic cysts treated with ultrasonic combined with DSA guided percutaneous sclerotherapy from April 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed at 6 months and 1 year follow-up. Results The success rate of puncture was 100.00%; The efficiency rate of 6 months and 1 year follow-up were 99.01% and 100.00% respectively. No hemorrhage, bile duct and adjacent organ injury, infection and other serious complications were observed in this study. Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with DSA guided percutaneous sclerosis treatment of simple hepatic cyst is simple, high safety, small adverse reaction and remarkable curative effect.
