Abstract：Objective To analyze the aesthetic degree of natural blepharon and surgical blepharon with the golden ratio, and find out the method to measure the aesthetic degree. Methods Choose 56 cases surgical blepharon as experimental group, 60 cases natural eyelid as control group, both the proportion between the eyebrow eye were compared between groups, and then compared with the golden ratio of 0.618 in each group. Results There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group（P＜0.05），and there were  significant differences between the control group and the golden section（P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference between the female experimental group and the golden ratio（P＞0.05）. In the male experimental group, there was no significant difference between the width of the double eyelid/the width of the eyebrows（P＞0.05）, there was significant difference between the width of the double eyelid/the width of the lower eyelid, and 1－(the ratio of the width and length of the eye??s fissure) （P＜0.05）. Conclusion The natural blepharon does not accord with the golden ratio, while the surgical blepharon accords with the golden ratio, with a higher aesthetic degree. The ratio of the width and length of the eye??s fissure can be used as one of the indexes to measure the aesthetic degree, which can provide a reference for the preoperative design of double eyelid line.
