Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of domestic intestinal stent for malignant obstruction under the guidance of DSA. Methods A total of 67 patients with malignant coloretal obstruction were selected from the department of intervention of our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017. All patients were successfully placed in the intestinal stents. The success rate of stent placement, clinical efficiency and complication rate were observed. Results 69 intestinal stents were placed in Sixty-seven patients with malignant colorectal obstruction. The technical success rate was 100%, the clinical remission rate was 100%, and there were no serious complications such as intestinal perforation and hemorrhage. Conclusion The intestinal stent can quickly remove the symptoms of colorectal malignant intestinal obstruction, and it has the advantages as high technical success rate, high clinical remission rate, minimally invasive and less complications, which is worthy of being popularized and applied.
