复发性脑卒中与H型高血压及血型之间的相关性

摘要：目的分析复发性脑卒中与H型高血压及血型的相关性。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月我院收治的300例脑卒中患者作为研究对象，所有患者出院后均接受随访。根据是否复发脑卒中进行分组，比较复发组及无复发组患者的临床资料，分析脑卒中复发的危险因素。结果出院时，复发组及无复发组NIHSS评分、LDL-C、Hcy及H型高血压发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；NIHSS评分、H型高血压、房颤及吸烟史与复发性脑卒中呈正相关（P＜0.05）。结论复发性脑卒中与H型高血压显著相关，与血型无明显相关性。

Abstract：Objective To study the relativity of recurrent stroke with type H hypertension and blood type. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 300 patients with stroke were chosen as study objects, and all of them were followed up after discharge. All patients were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group. The clinical indexes were compared between two groups and the risky factors of recurrent stroke were analyzed. Results NIHSS, LDL-C, Hcy, blood type and H type hypertension demonstrated significance difference between two groups（P＜0.05）. The NIHSS, type H type hypertension, atrial fibrillation and smoking history were positively correlated with recurrent stroke（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Recurrent stroke is significantly related to type H hypertension, while recurrence of stroke demonstrates no significant relativity with blood type.
