大蒜素及其衍生物抗癌机制的研究进展*

摘要：

摘要：癌症是人类死亡的主要因素之一，目前治疗方面仍面临许多困难，如化疗中的药物毒性累积、免疫治疗中的免疫耐受、靶向治疗中的脱靶现象等。因此，确定疗效更确切、副作用更小的治疗方案亟待解决。近年来发现大蒜素及其衍生物具有抗癌作用。为进一步探讨大蒜素及其衍生物在癌症治疗领域中的应用效果，本文系统地描述、总结其抗癌机制，旨在为临床进一步研究提供参考。
