目的:探讨腹腔镜在腹部创伤中的应用.方法:回顾分析我院近半年来,腹部创伤病人利用腹腔镜进行腹部探查及治疗的临床资料.结果:共有18例腹部创伤病人接受了腹腔镜手术.其中17例在腹腔镜下得到明确诊断,1例在腹腔镜诊断可疑后转开腹手术得到了明确诊断.14例在腹腔镜下完成治疗,包括实质脏器破裂止血、空腔脏器破裂修补和腹腔冲洗引流,1例在小切口辅助下完成手术,3例中转开腹手术.术后未发生与腹腔镜手术相关的并发症.结论:腹腔镜手术对腹部创伤病人是一种比较理想的选择.
