摘要：

近年来,随着交锁髓内针的发展、改进以及骨折生物学固定观点的提出,交锁髓内针内固定已成为四肢(前臂除外)骨干骨折治疗的首选.1999年8月以来我院开始应用交锁髓内针内固定治疗四肢骨折,其中治疗胫腓骨骨折32例,取得了满意的效果.
